Napier
New Zealand - God’s Own Country
Napier is a city on the east coast of the North Island.
One of its memorable events is the 1931 earthquake, which affected most of Hawke's Bay and killed over 200 people. The city centre rebuilding was mostly in Art Deco style and has become a tourist attraction, along with Pania of the Reef.
