Halfway up North East Valley, on the right hand side, a school with a memorial archway. Walk through the arch and the North East Valley Community Programme rooms, our venue, is the one-storey building directly in front of you. Geraldine tells me there will be balloons attached to the entrance, in the Kiwi tradition.
